These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the F07 online betting and gaming platform (the Website). Only you may use your Account. You must not share login credentials, nor allow third parties to access or operate your Account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials and must immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized use.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your login details and take reasonable steps to keep them secure. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must promptly change credentials and notify the Operator.
Participation requires funds deposited into your Account. You warrant that all funds deposited originate from lawful sources and that you are the rightful owner of those funds. Deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your name. The Operator prohibits third-party deposits and will forfeit winnings if third-party deposits are detected. You may only withdraw to payment methods and accounts in your name, and you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from winnings in your jurisdiction.
The Website does not permit deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts or funds not belonging to you. If third-party payments are detected, winnings may be forfeited and accounts may be blocked. The Operator shall not be liable for funds lost or misdirected due to third-party use.
Digital Asset activities may be available on the Website. The Operator does not initiate, validate, or reverse blockchain transactions. You acknowledge that Digital Assets are autonomous and controlled by external networks. The Operator does not provide custodial wallet services or manage private keys. Transactions involving Digital Assets are final when confirmed on the relevant network, and the Operator cannot reverse them. Third-party service providers may operate Digital Asset services on the Website under applicable licenses. You agree to indemnify the Operator against claims arising from your Digital Asset activities or non-compliance with applicable law.
An account with no login for 180 consecutive days is treated as Dormant. The Operator will notify you at least 30 days in advance of dormant status and may charge a Dormant Account Fee. The fee is USD 10 or the equivalent in your account currency per month, deducted at the start of each month while the account remains inactive, subject to not driving the balance negative. If a dormant balance exists and the account is closed, the Operator will endeavor to return funds; if unremitted, the account may remain open solely to deduct the Dormant Account Fee until funds are returned or the balance is exhausted.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction and for any fees payable to financial institutions or payment processors. All winnings may be subject to taxation. The Operator does not provide tax advice and disclaims fiduciary duties in relation to tax treatment of winnings.
Some games or services may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions or at particular times due to provider restrictions or regulatory requirements. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw games or features without notice where necessary for compliance or operational reasons. The Operator may impose geolocation or other checks to ensure permissible access.
You must not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity, including the use of automated tools or software to manipulate outcomes. The Operator may suspend or close your Account for misconduct, including but not limited to cheating, self-exclusion breaches, or failure to comply with these Terms. If you violate applicable regulations or terms, the Operator may withhold or void winnings and reclaim deposits as permitted by law.
The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account without notice for any reason including regulatory actions, verification failures, or suspected malpractice. In such cases, the Operator will provide information on the withdrawal of the remaining balance where permissible. The Operator reserves the right to offset any amounts owed against funds in your Account in accordance with applicable law.
The Website is provided on an as is and as available basis. The Operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of the Website and its content. The Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law. The Operator is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access where you failed to maintain account security, or for errors in bet placement or balance calculations resulting from your actions or device malfunctions.

By using the Website, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy, and you acknowledge that data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law or regulation.
